The AquaGuard AG-1100+ magnetic float switch for secondary drain pans can be installed in ten seconds or less. It can be mounted to a metal secondary drain pan by simply tightening two thumbscrews without intruding into the pan. The trigger sensititvty is set to less than 1/2" of condesate overflow.
When the highly bouyant float activates the precision magnetic switch, the AquaGuard AG-1100+ will automatically shut off the HVAC/R system and activate any connected alarm. The magnetic float switch's protective cover keeps out debris that may cause competitors float switches to become clogged.
