Most items may be returned within 14 days of receipt , with exceptions as noted below. We will only accept a return if a
Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) has been issued and the product is returned in the original
manufacturer's packaging (please do not destroy the original packaging). The product must be returned and
received unused, unwritten on, unopened, uninstalled with complete manufacturer’s packaging and paperwork. In
order to keep our prices at their lowest, we may charge a 25% restocking fee. The original shipping and processing
charges are not refundable. Refund or credit from return does not include any shipping and handling charges
incurred from the original shipment, even in the event of an order ‘shipped for free’ or had ‘free shipping’ as shown
on your packing slip or invoice; you are responsible for those charges.
RETAIN ALL ITEMS UNTIL YOU ARE NOTIFIED
TO RETURN THEM.
- No Return on any and all Used or Installed Items.
- No Return on any and all Evaporator or Condenser Coils and/or Compressors.
- No Return on Electrical items , Electrical components , Electrical parts and/or Equipment.
- No Return on Custom orders , Custom Sizes , Non‐Standard and/or Special Orders.
- 25% Restocking Charge on ALL items returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Return Material Authorization required. Please contact us at 561‐989‐8080 for authorization (RMA).
- This RMA# must be affixed to any and all returns.
- Items returned without RMA # are subject to higher restocking fees and may delay the processing of your credit.
- We do not accept returns as a result of shipping damage.
- Returns are not accepted after 14 days.
